All information provided by my clients is treated with the strictest confidentiality and will never be passed on to anybody else.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Astrology readings are not given as advice. If you are concerned about aspects of your life such as physical health, mental health or relationship health, I will not give advice, but do recommend that you seek professional advice. Your decision to act upon the readings are your responsibility and based on your free will. By purchasing or requesting and receiving a reading (this includes chart analysis’) from me, you agree that you will not hold me responsible for the actions you take as a result of my reading.

2. Healing crystals are used, as well as positive intent.

3. CLARIFICATION SERVICES

   1. a)  I cover all interpretations and downloads I receive of the reading in the report/recording. Sometimes, clients may want to share with me what resonates as they find it helpful to receive clarification. This is your own decision. Any clarification I offer is not advice.

   2. b)  There is a Clarification Fee of £10 unless I choose to offer clarification freely. The fee must be paid beforehand and booked to take place before 6pm on days I state are energetically best for me to. New information is not uncovered or shared in this session; only clarity is given.

   3. c)  Clarification can only be given within 48 hours of the original reading.

REFUND POLICY

1. I believe in reciprocity and the equal transfer of energy. It is good to honour what is taken by giving back. Therefore, unless any reading is given freely by me, any contributions or payment given for the reading are non-refundable (in line with no. 5).

2. You can request a refund up to 48 hours after making payment (that is, after the payment has been received by me). The ‘48 hours’ includes weekends and all international/ national bank holidays and all other holidays. After this time, the reading is non-refundable.

1. PAYPAL REFUNDS: Please bear in mind that it could take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The time in which the refund appears in your account is in alignment with PayPal’s policies, which also states that payment made via credit cards could take longer to be refunded. See PayPal’s refund guidelines for more information. I am not liable for refund issues pertaining to PayPal. I will provide evidence of the money being refunded through PayPal. After this, if there are any issues, it is your understanding that PayPal would be liable for this.

2. If payment by the querent has been made within 48 hours, and the reading carried out within the same 48 hours, the reading is non-refundable in line with (no. 8).

3. All readings which have been carried out/written are non-refundable as energy from the reader has already been used for the querent’s reading.

READINGS

1. I will not take specific questions for readings unless I feel moved to ask you. Often, we are not entirely aware of what we need to hear. Therefore, asking specific questions can make the reading invalid, confusing, unclear. It is highly likely that your question will be answered without the specific question being asked.

2. I will not do readings for Individuals under the age of 18 unless consent is given by the legal guardian.

3. All of my readings are carried out by myself and is not shared with anybody else nor any third party. Your readings remain confidential.

4. Feedback from clients are welcomed as this improves my craft. If you would like to give me feedback about how your life resonates with the reading, this will always be kept confidential, and I honour your openness in sharing.

5. I am very grateful for official written reviews which can be emailed to jonelleljones@gmail.com, stating that you would like it to be a public testimonial. Please show discernment about what you do not mind sharing.

6. I may post initial reactions such as “wow! This really resonated with me” (where there are NO personal details or remarks, blurring out anything that is not as general as the example stated, while also keeping it anonymous) on social media pages to encourage others to bring such a helpful practice into their life too. If you would not like anything shared on these pages, please do let me know in the first instance. This will automatically be shared unless you state otherwise, as stated.

7. If the incorrect information has been provided by you, the querent, you must correct this before I begin writing your reports/reading. Refunds or repeat readings are not given where the querent has provided incorrect birth information, or other required information.

DISCLOSURE OF LIMITATIONS
My Astrology readings and teachings should never be used in place of professional counselling. Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, business or financial advice, nor does any portion of your reading from me purport to do so. You should not rely on spirituality-based service to make any decision that would affect your legal, medical, business or financial conditions/decisions including marriage and divorce. If your reading involves legal, medical, business or financial aspects, you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Spirituality-based readings cannot replace mental health care. An Astrology reading can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation. Birth chart readings do not tell you what to do nor do they give definitive answers.

My Readings are a service, not goods and therefore fall under the scope for applicable codes and regulations for services, not goods.
